Due to Covid-19, we made the difficult decision to permanently close our retail location in May of 2020 and transition to an online-only business. We have no plans of re-opening a retail location. In 2024 we moved to the Knoxville, Tennessee area. We do offer in-person meetings in the Knoxville area, for more information click here. For clients outside of the Knoxville area with originals such as paper photographs, slides, and negatives, you can ship them to us at your cost and risk. We offer free shipping on all orders of $25 or more.
